Dealer application: phone number field error

Known issue we're fixing — email us your name, company, email, full shipping address, and phone number directly and we'll add you to the system manually.

Ah, sorry about that — it's a known issue we're working on, mostly hitting international phone numbers and some non-standard US formats. Don't let it stop your application.

The workaround

Email support directly with:

  1. Your name
  2. Your company name
  3. Your email address
  4. Your complete shipping address (including country if outside the US)
  5. Your phone number (any format that works for you)

We'll add you to the dealer pipeline manually. From there the rest of the onboarding flow runs the same as if the form had accepted you — review within a few business days, then a first-contact call if there's a fit.

Why the form errors

The application form was built for US phone formatting and has been tripping on international numbers and some non-standard US dialers. We've got a fix on the dev backlog; in the meantime, the manual route via email is reliable.

If you're outside the US

The manual email route is currently the easiest path for international dealer applications anyway — the form's address fields also occasionally hiccup on non-US addresses. Send everything via email and we'll handle the entry.
