What we'll ask for

The application captures the basics — name, company, email, full shipping address, phone number, and a short description of your shop and the brands you currently carry. Nothing complicated, and it takes a few minutes.

What we're looking for

We're building a dealer network around kayak retailers, paddlesports shops, and outdoor outfitters that can do the full job — stocking inventory, doing demos, handling customer questions before and after the sale. We're geographically prioritizing gap markets right now (Northeast, Pacific Northwest, Plains, Canada, broader EU), but we review every application.

What happens after you submit

  1. Within a few business days — our dealer team reviews your application
  2. First contact — if there's a fit, we'll reach out to talk through your shop, your customer base, and how Cajo fits your lineup
  3. Dealer agreement — pricing terms, MAP, initial allocation, freight setup
  4. Onboarding — your first shipment, dealer training materials, demo unit options

If the form won't accept your phone number

That's a known issue we're working on. Email us your name, company, full shipping address, and phone number directly and we'll add you to the system manually. See Dealer application phone number error.

International dealers

We have authorized dealers in South Korea, Mauritius, and Costa Rica, with active EU conversations underway. International applications go through the same form — see International Cajo dealers for the current map.
