Quad Rails: launch and ship date
Quad Rails launched in stock in March 2026 — no pre-orders, they ship when they go live. Sign up for "Notify me when available" on the product page if a size is sold out.
Quad Rails launched in stock starting March 2026. We don't do pre-orders on rails — they ship when they go live. If a length you want is currently sold out, sign up for "Notify me when available" on the product page and you'll get the email when that SKU is back in stock.
How the rail launch worked
We held back on releasing Quad Rails until production was actually flowing. No pre-order list, no "ships in 8 weeks" promises. The first batch went up in March 2026 and shipped immediately to customers who ordered them.
What "ships when they go live" means in practice
When new stock lands at the TN warehouse:
- Inventory gets counted in
- The product page flips to in stock with a real ship date
- The "Notify me when available" list goes out (in order of signup)
- Orders ship within the standard accessory-fulfillment window (usually within 2 business days)
If a length sells through quickly, the page flips back to out of stock and the notify-list resets for the next batch.
If you need a length that's currently out of stock
Two paths:
- Sign up for the notify list on the product page. We email when that SKU is restocked, in signup order.
- Reach out to support with your shipping info and we can sometimes invoice a direct order if a small allocation of a specific length is sitting in our warehouse outside of the public stock count. This is hit-or-miss — depends on what's actually on hand — but it's worth asking if you're rigging a kayak on a deadline.
Why we don't pre-order
Pre-orders create a backlog that gets harder to clear the longer it sits. We'd rather ship what's actually in the warehouse on the day you order it. That means occasional out-of-stock windows when demand outpaces production, but it also means when you click buy on a rail, it's going on a truck this week — not in three months.
