Where is my order: order status and tracking

Hulls ship from the dealer you bought from — contact them for tracking. Accessories and direct-from-Cajo orders ship from our TN warehouse — reply to your shipping confirmation or contact support with your order number.

The answer depends on what you ordered — Cajo runs two separate shipping tracks, and they have different sources of truth for tracking.

If you ordered a hull (Outpost, Terra, Highlander)

Contact the dealer you purchased from. They own the shipment. Cajo doesn't stock or ship hulls direct in the US — every hull moves through an authorized dealer, and your dealer is the entity with freight tracking, ETA, and delivery scheduling for your specific boat.

If you bought through:

  • Your local dealer — use the contact info on your order receipt

The dealer can tell you the freight carrier, tracking number, and ETA window.

If you ordered accessories, replacement parts, or anything else direct from caminojourney.com

Reply to your shipping confirmation email, or contact support with your order number. Accessory and parts orders — Quad Rails, seats, Traverse Drives, Fin Drive Adapters, hardware kits, replacement parts — ship parcel via FedEx from our Tennessee warehouse with automatic tracking.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, the order is either still being picked at the warehouse or hit a billing/address check. Reply to your order confirmation with your order number and we'll look it up.

If you're not sure which track your order took

That's normal — if you bought a hull and accessories together, the hull went through your dealer and the accessories shipped from us, so there are two different trackings to chase. Send us your order number and we'll route it.

Realistic timelines

  • Direct-from-Cajo parcel orders: typically 3–5 business days transit after shipping confirmation, anywhere in the contiguous US
  • Hull freight (dealer-shipped): depends on the dealer and your distance. East-coast and midwest from Eco Fishing Shop is usually a few business days; west coast adds transit time. Your dealer has the firm window.
