Limited Early Access inventory in the U.S. is targeted for late December, including select boats and accessories. It’s the first production run, so while we’re on track, real-world surprises could shift timing. Full dealer stock globally is on track for March 15, 2026, with exact delivery dates varying by location.
Our dealer list will be announced between August and October 2025 as allocations are confirmed. CAJO kayaks are sold exclusively through authorized dealers worldwide to ensure expert support and service.
Delivery timing depends on your dealer’s allocation and shipping distance from our distribution centers. Dealers will have a delivery window once orders are locked in, with most receiving boats by mid-March 2026.

Every CAJO kayak ships with core components like the seat and standard hardware, with some parts pre-installed and others packed separately for shipping safety. Pedal drives and fin-drive adapters are sold separately. All models are modular for custom builds with optional accessories like Quad Rails, Horizon Perches, and Thru-Hull Wiring Kits.
It’s our proprietary 10:1 gear ratio pedal system with instant reverse, designed for efficiency, durability, and easy maintenance. The latest version features an industrial-grade stamped aluminum head for tighter tolerances, higher performance, and less bulk weight than cast aluminum drives. Prop Lock prevents jams when stowing, while the integrated Rod Stager offers a quick, secure spot for your rod in front of you while pedaling.
Our hulls use high-performance imported HDPE, offering up to twice the strength of resident materials. This allows us to build kayaks about 10% lighter while delivering better impact resistance, reduced flex, and long-term performance you can count on.
CAJO designs, engineers, and tests all products in-house. Manufacturing is handled by trusted partners overseas, with strict quality controls and multiple inspection stages before shipping to dealers worldwide.
Yes. CAJO kayaks include a limited lifetime warranty on the hull, 5 years on the Traverse Pedal Drive, and 1 year on parts. The Highlander Airtrek inflatable series includes a 2 year warranty. Full details are available in our Warranty section.
Absolutely. Our modular rigging system lets you add accessories like Quad Rails, Micro-Anchor Power Pole®, electronics, pedal drives and a seat perch upgrade. We design our boats to grow with you.
