Launching a brand-new kayak line, especially as complex as ours, isn’t like flipping a switch. We’ve got over 300 custom molds, tools, and dies and more than 1,000 unique parts to line up before a single full-production boat rolls off the line. Small test runs are one thing. Scaling that to nationwide and global dealer-level inventory is another.

We’ve built in a buffer for the “whatever can go wrong, will go wrong” moments, and the target for full dealer delivery is set for March 15, 2026. Limited Early Access inventory this winter is a different challenge. We’re pushing for it. It’s possible. But the first run always has its unknown wildcard. With more than 10 years of kayak-making under our belts, we know the system, the variables, and the pressure points but we don't know what we don't know. Here’s where we are, what’s next, and why each step matters.

Inventory Ships to Dealers

Between January 15 and February 15, dealer shipments roll out worldwide. We’ve built in enough buffer to absorb first-run hiccups, keeping the March target locked in and ensuring boats arrive ready for rigging when the season hits.

Early Access Inventory Target Date

A limited Early Access batch of boats and key accessories, including Quad Rails, Thru-Hull Wiring Kits, and Horizon Perches, is targeted for this date. First runs are produced at 25% speed to break in tooling, validate output, and keep tolerances tight, so this Early Access inventory could face delays. Don't worry though, our March 15th dealer delivery date has enough runway to remain locked in.
