Spare parts: availability and ordering

Not all spare parts are publicly listed yet — full spare-parts kits and individual parts (props, cables, hardware) will be available on the website later this fall. In the meantime, we can invoice spare parts directly.

How the invoice flow works (right now)

If you want to buy a spare part that isn't on the public site yet:

  1. Create an account at account.caminojourney.com with your shipping address and phone number
  2. Contact support with the part you need
  3. We send you an invoice for the part + shipping
  4. You pay the invoice and we ship from the TN warehouse

This is purely for paid spare-parts purchases, not warranty replacements. Warranty replacements go through the claims form at caminojourney.com/pages/claims-form — that's a different workflow with no invoice.

Spare parts we can invoice now

Most service-level parts that aren't yet on the website are available via invoice. The most common requests:

  • Traverse Pedal Drive spare prop — $29.99 plus shipping
  • Traverse Pedal Drive prop pin — small hardware
  • Rudder steering-cable bolts — M5 x 12mm 316 stainless (a set ships free if your first-run kit was missing them — that's a warranty case)
  • Drain plug — replacement for cracked or missing plugs (this one runs through the account-creation order flow specifically, not the invoice flow)
  • Quad Rail extra bases — if you need more than the two that ship with each rail
  • Steering Handle Base — extra base for the Horizon Elevated Seat Perch gear track

What's coming this fall

The plan is to bring the full spare parts catalog to the public website later this fall, so customers can self-serve order what they need without having to email support. We'll announce on social and via email when it goes live.

Warranty vs. paid replacement

A clarifier so the right path gets followed:

  • Warranty replacement (broken / defective / missing from kit) → Claims form at caminojourney.com/pages/claims-form. No invoice — we cover the part.
  • Paid spare-parts purchase (you want an extra, you lost one, you want a backup) → Account + invoice flow. You pay for the part.
