Ordering a Cajo kayak directly from the website

Accessories ship direct from us. Hulls are sold exclusively through authorized dealers in the US — find one on our dealer locator. Customers outside the US in countries without a distributor can order direct via LCL.

Two different answers — accessories yes, hulls no (with one exception for international customers).

Accessories — yes, direct from us

Quad Rails, Horizon Perch, Treklite Seat, Traverse Pedal Drive, Fin Drive Adapter Kit, replacement parts, hardware — anything in the accessories category ships parcel directly from our Tennessee warehouse via FedEx. Just add to cart and check out on caminojourney.com.

Hulls — through authorized dealers (within the US)

Outpost 100, Outpost 128, Terra 116, Highlander 100/120/140T are sold exclusively through authorized dealers within the US. We don't sell hulls direct-to-consumer domestically.

Either one can ship to anywhere in the contiguous US.

Outside the US — direct via LCL

For customers in countries without a local distributor, we ship direct via LCL (Less than Container Load). It's the EXCEPTION to our usual dealer-only model — we do it because we can't expect a customer in Latvia to drive to Missouri.

Why dealers-only for US hulls

The short version: dealers handle freight, local delivery, demos, and after-sale support better than a single-warehouse DTC model could. It's a deliberate choice, not a missing feature.
