Warranty Requirements:
To ensure your product is eligible for coverage under our warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Camino Journey, LLC or through an authorized dealer.
  • Proof of purchase is required to support the warranty claim.
  • The product needs to be returned to Camino Journey, LLC for inspection.
  • The product must have been used as intended, following the provided guidelines and care instructions.

Warranty Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover all types of damage or all scenarios. The following are specifically excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Damage or defects due to normal wear and tear.
  • Damage or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Damages incurred during transport, loading, unloading, or from improper handling.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs not performed by Camino Journey, LLC.
  • Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, and color fading.
  • Damages from environmental factors, including heat and sun exposure.
  • Products used in commercial, rental, or teaching environments.
  • Products purchased secondhand or from non-authorized dealers.
  • Products that have been lost or stolen.

Lifetime Limited Warranty:
Camino Journey, LLC offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty specifically on the hulls of our kayaks. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may impact the performance and quality of the kayak hull. We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials used in these products, assuring our customers of their durability and functionality over time.

5-Year Warranty:
We provide a 5-Year Warranty for our accessories, foot pedal drives, and coolers. This comprehensive warranty ensures that any manufacturing defects in these products are addressed and resolved, ensuring a long-lasting experience with our products.

2-Year Warranty:
Our soft top paddle boards, surfboards, and inflatable products such as SUPs, docks, and chairs come with a 2-Year Warranty.

1-Year Warranty:
A 1-Year Warranty applies to parts attached to kayaks, surfboards, paddleboards, inflatable apparel, and cups.

Special Considerations for Limited Edition or Discontinued Products:
We understand the value of limited edition or discontinued products. While we make every effort to replace these items, we cannot guarantee their availability. In cases where identical products are not available for replacement, we will endeavor to replace them with similar or equivalent models or colors, depending on what is available at that time.

Product Changes and Warranty Adjustments:
It's important to note that our products may undergo changes and improvements over time. Therefore, products replaced under warranty may incorporate these changes and may not exactly match the original purchase in terms of design and features.

Disclaimer and Limitations:
The express warranty provided herein is the sole warranty offered by Camino Journey, LLC. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Our liability does not extend to incidental or consequential damages under any circumstances, whether due to breach of warranty, contract, negligence, or any other cause. However, some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Filing a Warranty Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers are encouraged to contact Camino Journey, LLC through our official website and complete the Warranty Claim Form. We ask for a detailed description of the issue and recommend including photographic evidence to expedite the process. Our customer service team aims to review and respond to all claims within 3-5 business days. If a claim is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.

Shipping for Warranty Claims:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the product back to Camino Journey, LLC. However, for the return of the repaired or replaced item, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Legal Rights and Additional Information:
This warranty policy provides specific legal rights to the customer. Additionally, customers may have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty is only valid within the United States, and no reseller, agent, or employee of Camino Journey, LLC is authorized to alter or extend this warranty in any manner.
